Lori Rochelle Wayne is used to creating a plan to take control of her life. It steered her corporate career, and then led her to become a trainer and coach.
Lori says, “In 2008, when I was newly divorced and solely responsible for my three kids, I took them on vacation to a dude ranch in Colorado. I fell in love with that dude ranch and with Colorado. My heart told me I needed to buy a lot from the ranch, build a house, and move but my head said, Lori, are you crazy, what are you thinking? You don’t have the money to buy the lot or build the house, you would have to sell one business and move the other, you don’t know anyone in Colorado except the people at that ranch, and you have a perfectly acceptable life in Virginia. I listened to my heart and three years later I was living my dream life in my dream house in Colorado – overlooking Ellis Ranch!.”
Sometimes to make big strides forward, we need to listen to our heart, follow our intuition, and make a conscious choice to take a big leap, even if it is scary. I call it “scary, but right” and have done it many times.
This woman is fiercely committed to guiding entrepreneurs, service-based business owners and motivated women to get off the money roller coaster!

Our mission is to create programs which enhance the personal, professional and financial status of women of all ages in our local communities. For information on our organization, go to www.COWOI.org.

BACK by popular demand!

In 2016, Lori’s presentation on Sacred Money Archetypes was so popular that the attendees wanted MORE! We listened, and SHE’S BACK!
Lori’s topic: “Money Wellness – Having a Healthy Perspective on Earning, Saving, and Spending Your Money”
Money is such an important part of life.  You need it for all the essentials to live – to eat, buy clothing, have a place to live, make investments in your business and more.
Money also plays an important part in your future plans.  You have dreams you want to fulfill, and money is probably going to be needed in order to make those dreams come true.
But many people face a BIG problem with money – they never seem to have enough of it.
  • The checking account is close to zero, and the next paycheck isn’t coming for another week.
  • Several bills are due and it looks like they’ll have to rob from Peter to pay Paul – again!
  • You haven’t even begun to save for retirement.
  • You want to make investments in your business, but can’t seem to find the cash to do it.
Why is it so difficult for so many people to make ends meet from month to month?  Why does there never seem to be enough money to cover our needs and wants?
Well, part of the reason financial health eludes so many people is that they don’t pay attention to it.  They think they do, but really they don’t, or at least they don’t pay enough attention to it.
This session is all about paying attention to it.
In this highly interactive workshop Lori will guide you through the process of exploring three key steps necessary for effectively managing your money.  These three steps apply to your personal finances if you work for someone else and they apply to your business finances if you are a business owner or manager.  We will explore:
  •  Getting the pulse on your current financial situation – how your money comes and goes
  • Clarifying your financial future and how you would like your money to be working long term
  • Identifying what is currently getting in the way of you reaching a healthier financial future
  • An application activity designed to support you in getting from where you are to where you want to be
